Evaluation is an extensive tool that plays the most significant role in human resources management system. It can be used in virtually all areas of personal functions.
Evaluation systems used in practice, especially periodic evaluation systems, are frequently highly developed and they use methods including more than one evaluation technique.
The basic tool of most evaluation systems, however, are employee evaluation sheets which are used for collecting information concerning qualifications, performance, and work results. Information collected in this way is later on evaluated with the use of appropriately prepared scales.
The system we created enables users to carry out an earlier planned and formalized process of periodic self-evaluation, and employee evaluation by his/her superior and subordinates.
