Websites are very important tools in contemporary business. This is a key issue for every company or product. If something does not exist on the Internet, it simply does not exist at all. But presence itself is not enough. The virtual world has become a labyrinth that is impossible to grasp or take in, and that is why, to be noticed, one has to stand out.

Websites are:

  • a basis of creating a company’s or a product’s image
  • a perfect form of advertising
  • a common ground for negotiations between a company and its recipient
  • a guarantee of reaching the target group

Online shops are the most significant group from among all commerce websites. Commerce has recently moved to the virtual reality, so creating new online shops is a marketing necessity. Almost all existing goods and services can now be ordered on the Internet. The number of online shoppers is on a constant and rapid increase, which makes online shops a very valuable investment.

Online shops differ according to their aims, sorts of products, types of target groups, the degree of automation and the technology they use. Options available at our shops:

  • the administrator can introduce products and categories. The way of presenting products and categories is standardized and must be agreed with the employer.
  • new user registration support (a necessity of giving the e-mail address on which an account activation e-mail is going to be sent)
  • client’s e-mail hosting service (purchase - order history, individual order statuses, customer’s info – can be edited, an option of changing the password).
  • shopping cart service (inventory of all chosen goods, with the account of the net and gross price, as well as the number of items of a given product, deleting a product, a possibility to choose an option of delivery – the cost of delivery depends on the selected option, not on the product)
  • product search engine (simple search – a keyword or keywords in the title, or in the description, advanced search – e.g. with the use of a detailed phrase, a few words in given categories, or depending on the date of adding a product)
  • an option of creating an inventory list of products sold at a special price, new products, the most popular items, the cheapest items, recommended items, items related to other products (‘Customers who bought this product, had also bought …)
  • a possibility to get a discount on selected categories or subcategories, and discounts for some users
  • online shop service in many language versions and currencies (it is possible to automatically convert a price in one currency into another currency, or to set prices of one product in each currency separately)
