Transport and freight forwarding records system –SETIS – is a modern IT solution that facilitates records, control, settlements, and analysis of services provided by a company.

Building an application enables users to work in a dispersed Web environment of an enterprise. What is more, the technologies that are used do not require installing additional software. To use the system, a company needs a local area network, with one computer selected for installing the application. The rest of the computers only need to have web browsers installed.

SETIS is equipped with an advanced browser and separate local and international forwarding modules. In addition, the system considers legally binding law regulations, and it automatically downloads the current NBP (the Bank of Poland) exchange rate.

The system makes it possible to detect all irregularities in the functioning of a company, e.g. undesired data deletion, or too low income from individual cars/drivers at the company compared to the orders they are to execute.

SETIS TRANSPORT – the SETIS system version created for transportation. The basic functions of the system:
- vehicles and their mileage records, with a reminder module (important dates, such as car insurance, MOT test, etc.)
- freight order records, with an option of planning, reversing entries , and submitting charge notes
- contractors records
- reporting – the system makes it possible to generate reports according to the criteria set (vehicle, forwarder, analyzed time period) and to filtrate the content of the reports (e.g. the date of loading, order number, invoice number)
- invoicing module in three language versions (Polish, English, German), invoice records (past due invoices, paid invoices, and invoices with a deadline)

SETIS FREIGHT FORWARDING – the SETIS system version created for freight forwarding. The basic functions of the system:
- local and international freight orders records – defining numerous aspects of loading and unloading on one route for different clients, an option of planning, reversing entries, and submitting charge notes
- contractors records
- sub-contractors records and automatic update on an order generated in the system
- reporting – the system makes it possible to generate reports according to the criteria set (vehicle, forwarder, analyzed time period) and to filtrate the content of the report (e.g. the date of loading, order number, invoice number)
- invoicing module in three language versions (Polish, English, German), invoice records (past due invoices, paid invoices, and invoices with a deadline)

SETIS PREMIUM – a full version of the system, it supports both transportation and freight forwarding.
Additional functions:
- an option of defining additional language versions of the issued invoices
- integration with the map

SETIS system is not a closed application – the program may be adjusted to its users’ needs – the application may, for example, be integrated with external programs used in a company.
